Well, 2021 was another doozy for us all. No one thought the pandemic would last this long and continue to kick around even longer. Many couples (and vendors alike) have been affected by what is happening around the world. But that has not seemed to dampen the spirits of those truly in love. This past year I have been lucky enough to share in photographing some very special moments for some very special people. Have a look through the gallery below to check out my best of 2021 as a Whistler wedding photographer.
2021 started off with a bang for me as a Whistler wedding photographer. So many beautiful snowy proposals were planned right at the start of the year. Take a look at a few of my favourites from each shoot.
With event numbers still restricted to limited capacity by the spring it made for a year filled with small, more intimate shoots like elopements, engagements and couples session. As a local Whistler photographer I was thrilled to take a step away from the large scale weddings while finding a slower pace of life with these intimate moments shared with my clients.
From helicopter elopements to ocean side couples sessions this year was filled with so much variety!
Check out these gorgeous sunsets we were graced with in the Sea to Sky region.
Meanwhile, things were still looking snowy and spectacular at the top of the mountains
In early November Whistler’s snow came back full force to create this post card worthy lakeside proposal.
