In my journey as an elopement photographer in Whistler, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the love stories of countless international couples who chose our beautiful mountain town for their special day. Each tale is unique, but the story of Hannah and Luke shines brightly.

Their love story began in the Australian army while they were serving their country overseas. Since then, they’ve transitioned to civilian life and started a family, all while continuing to serve in the army reserves. The adventurous spirit that initially brought them together remains strong, and it inspired them to embark on a grand Canadian adventure with their two adorable children.

Amidst the excitement of planning their Canadian journey, Hannah and Luke explored the idea of eloping in Whistler. They had contemplated a traditional wedding back in Australia, but the idea of having an intimate elopement at the Stone Circle during their Canadian holiday felt like the perfect fit for them and their family.

Hannah and Luke’s decision to choose a Stone Circle elopement in Whistler is a testament to their adventurous nature and a reflection of their unique love story. They invited their parents to join them on this remarkable journey, turning the ceremony into an intimate and meaningful experience for all.

As an elopement photographer, I recognize the importance of capturing the genuine emotions of such intimate moments. It’s a privilege to be part of elopements like Hannah and Luke’s. Their elopement day was no exception, and the stunning Whistler landscape surrounding the Stone Circle provided a breathtaking backdrop for their photos. The love between them and their families was palpable in every shot.

Participating in Hannah and Luke’s Whistler elopement at the Stone Circle was a true honor. I am deeply grateful to have been able to capture their love story in such a beautiful way. Their decision to marry during a grand adventure in Canada reminds us that there is no single “right” way to tie the knot. The most important thing is to create a day that reflects the uniqueness of your relationship.
